Lanais

Lanai is not only an island in Hawaii. A Lanai is a Hawaiian word which means a patio, porch or veranda that is being used as a living space. These areas are open on the sides, roofed, and screened to create the sensation of being indoors yet actually enjoying the tropical outdoors. Living in Florida is definitely a great reason for you to consider extending your living area to the outdoors. Having a lanai added to your home is one way to establish that. 

Pergolas

A pergola is an outdoor structure that consists of columns supporting a roofing grid of beams and rafters. This can be free standing or attached to the house. Pergolas are an excellent addition to your yard as they can add a decorative structure to an otherwise empty space. Pergolas typically have a grid as a roof but can be designed with a solid roof cover. We also offer Louvered roof systems which allows you to control the amount of shade or light that is desired.
